Please send three headshot photos of your pet for the customized portrait to contact@doctordena.com. Doctor Dena will contact you if additional photos are needed.

If framed Satin Black Frame (1.25”), overall: 12.5”H X 15.5” W, glass portrait protector, hanging hardware for wall mounting

Fifty percent (50%) of payment is due upon adding service to shopping cart. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final portrait.

Reservation of Rights:
All rights not expressly granted above are retained by the Artist, including any electronic rights or usage and including, but not limited to, all rights in sketches/artwork. Any use additional to that expressly granted above requires arrangement for payment of a separate fee. The Artist retains the right of usage for self-promotion, including placement in portfolio.

Revisions/Cancellation of Job:
Original artwork as expressed by the Artist will be the final product. One hundred percent (100%) of the total fee is due if the portrait has been completed within the agreed upon timeframe.
Artist will make every attempt to create a portrait reflecting the persona of the customer’s pet.
